Coral Elf fantasy clothing design was requested by Lock-of-Hyrule (sorry, forgot to write your name in) and Coral Elves themselves... I'm not sure who they belong to... We'll just say they belong to Icymasamune for now. The elf featured is probably Blue Tit's older sister, because large boobs are genetic, and the only way I could see them as being functional in a fantasy world is if magic is stored in them...
